The Buildings
The building is typical of the farms in the mountains in Marche. In 2006, the old building dating back to 1860 (then both a home and a stable) was demolished and a new building erected in the same place, maintaining the original style and using materials partially salvaged from the old building. The guest rooms, with private bathrooms, are on the ground floor.
Where previously hay and winter stocks were stored is now the restaurant, built in the original style. Upon entering, you will immediately see the beautiful fireplace, which provides a cosy atmosphere in the winter months. From here,
through the large windows, is a beautiful view over the valley of Sassoferrato and the Apennines that form the border with Umbria. On the same floor is the restaurant kitchen, where delicious meals are prepared. In the summer days, on the terrace next to the restaurant you can enjoy the sunset and your dinner by candlelight.
At 100 metres from the restaurant, the stables offer shelter to our animals when it is not suitable for them to remain in the open.
